Well the two of us have made it back to our start point. After 10 hours on both a ferry and bus combinded journey we made it to Bangkok again. We booked into our lovely new hotel, which is just like a travel lodge back home, only its a bit posher and much bigger. We are even getting free breakfast in the mornings, free access to the pool, and, wait for it, a BATH in our room! How exciting. I havent seen one of these in a long while...
We have decided to take our last few days here as easy as possible. We have a few sites each that we want to see, like the royal palace and emarald budda. There is also a night market that we 'must' see. And of course we have last minute presents to buy. Last time for this, if there is anything that anyone wants, then please request it now, because we leave for New Zealand on Monday, and Sunday is our last shopping day.
So there isn't much else to add for now, except everyone I miss everyone lots. I will have to catch with you all when I get home.

Hi Iz, I am really glad I am here and you are there if you haven't seen a bath for a while......Have a great time in Bangkok. See if you can get a ride up the river to visit the floating market. It is quite something to experience, especially the river trip.......talk about a white knuckle ride!!! Enjoy the food while you can and think of us having a treat tonight - fish and chips. Well, it beats cooking.
